I submitted my 3 chapter sample of the DF novel to an agent again – put in it the post and will now wait for yay or nay. But anyway – after re-reading the opening chapters of DF, I’m pondering a third draft.
And also – last night I finished John Steinbeck’s East of Eden. I think I’ve learned a thing or two from it. A thing or two that I might incorporate into a third draft.
We shall see!

I know, I know. I haven’t posted anything on here for weeks. I apologise. I’m in that weird No Man’s Land where everything goes flat on the writing front, where I’m waiting for my Beta reader to read my MSS and let me know what he thinks. I’m not feeling all that inspired lately, either.
I’m thinking a lot about my next novel but I’m only having glimmerings for it, really. No real solid plot structure yet. But I have to redraft the current one before I even get to the next one properly, so no hurry yet.
It’ll all come in the end.
